September-We had a busy month! We welcomed 2nd class up to the middle room where they have settled in so well! In maths we learned about 2D shapes&went on a 2D shape trail around the school looking for real life 2D shapes! SESE - we learned about our local area, trees and the history of the GAA! we went on a walk through the beautiful village and took pictures with the IPads of our favourite place/building in the village. PE was fun with lots of games & we developed our throwing & catching skills. Art - which seems to be the favourite subject in this room! We drew self portraits and painted the most fabulous trees! Golden time on a Friday is a big hit! Pupils are getting lots of points and the homework pass seems to be a favourite 🤔🌳🍂💫
