Mindfulness with Orla

Over the past two weeks, we’ve loved welcoming Orla into our class for some wonderful mindfulness sessions. Together, we’ve created flower pots to help us with our flower breaths — a special way to calm down when we have big feelings.
We also made beautiful mirrors that remind us to say kind and positive words to ourselves. It’s been such a lovely experience learning new ways to take care of our minds and emotions.
